Project Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business opportunities.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Drive successful project outcomes related to safety, schedule, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee complex renovations, tenant improvements, and fit-outs within occupied commercial environments.
• Collaborate with operations, estimating, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience delivering commercial interior construction projects.
• Extensive background in:
• Corporate interiors
• Tenant improvements
• Commercial fit-outs
• Occupied renovations
• Strong understanding of working within active, operational environments.
• Proven success managing and growing long-term client relationships.
• Experience leading multiple project teams and large, complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen, operational leadership, and risk management skills.
• Must be based in New Jersey with the ability to work regularly throughout New Jersey and New York City.
