Project Executive
Job Details
This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and manage hyperscale data center projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, budgeting, quality control, scheduling, cost control, team leadership, safety management, procurement, resource allocation, blueprint reading, and site management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Cook up coordination and direction of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Select tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Review the work progress on a daily basis.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Ensure all safety guidelines are followed strictly and establish a safe work environment.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of Mission Critical Project Management experience, including experience as a Project Executive or Director.
- Must have data center experience, leading projects ranging from 50MW - 200MW.
- Electrical contractor background required.
- Experience managing full electrical scopes on large projects.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, manpower, and change order management skills.
- Experience leading large field teams and coordinating subcontractors.

$225,000 - $350,000 per year
