About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. You will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, collaborating with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project schedules, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting summaries.
- Track project progress, resource allocation, and budget expenditures using project management tools.
- Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, training sessions, and reviews.
- Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and contract compliance.
- Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
- Foster clear communication and collaboration among project team members and departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
- PMP or CAPM certification is advantageous.
Pay
Weekly Salary: $1,300 – $1,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
