Project Coordinator / Office Administrator

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Support sales throughout the project lifecycle
- Care for project documentation, and order tracking
- Maintain customer, vendor, and project records
- Track inventory, staging, and project progress
- Aid with scheduling clients for service
- Aid with technician scheduling and project closeout activities
- Manage office supplies and general office administration
- Support marketing, events, and special projects as needed
- Aid with managing and updating remote support services
- Receive inventory and stage jobs (warehouse)
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Administrative, customer service, or project coordination experience preferred
- QuickBooks or construction/technology industry experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
- Minimum 3 years customer support/office support role (this is an early career position)
