We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a paragraph about MBTA vision etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the MBTA". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - Job Summary (description) -> could be "About the role" or "Job Summary". Use "About the role" heading. - Duties & Responsibilities -> "Responsibilities" heading. - Minimum Requirements & Qualifications -> "Requirements" heading (or "Qualifications"). - Substitutions -> maybe part of Requirements. - Preferred Experience & Skills -> "Preferred Experience & Skills" maybe under "Skills" or separate. Could combine into "Skills" heading. - Job Conditions -> maybe not needed unless specific content like schedule, pay, benefits. There's no pay or benefits mentioned. So we should not create Pay/Benefits/Schedule sections. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes many lines about job conditions, disclaimers, etc. Those are likely boilerplate; we should remove them. However, we need to keep substantive info: the duties, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, substitutions, preferred experience, maybe some job conditions like ability to commute, etc. But many of those are generic boilerplate; but they might be considered substantive? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The job conditions section includes many generic statements like ability to read/comprehend English, be at least 18, ability to commute, etc. Those could be considered boilerplate but they are part of the posting. However, they might be considered generic and could be removed? The instruction says remove boilerplate, but not to remove substantive info. It's ambiguous. Usually those are standard MBTA boilerplate; but they might be considered part of the posting. I'd keep them under a "Job Conditions" heading only if there is specific content beyond generic. The posting includes many lines: Ability to effectively read, comprehend, communicate, and respond to instructions... Be at least eighteen (18) years of age... Ability to commute... Ability to provide internal and external customers... Ability to work effectively... Ability to uphold the rights... Ability to adhere to rules... Have a satisfactory work record... Ability to pass a CORI check... Ability to work all shifts... Intern/co-op staff must be enrolled... etc. That's a lot of specific requirements; could be considered part of "Requirements" or "Job Conditions". Since we already have Requirements/Qualifications, we could incorporate those into that section. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine all requirements into one "Requirements" section, including minimum qualifications, substitutions, preferred experience, and job conditions (like age, commute, CORI, etc). However, we need to preserve all substantive info; we can list them as bullet points. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add a heading for "Project Coordinator". Good. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:
