Think of it as ‘practical magic.’ Job Description The purpose of this role is to manage multiple jobs simultaneously from beginning to end. The Project Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing the input and output of each job, from sold to install, and will ensure efficient workflows with minimal errors and optimal production. Duties And Responsibilities Participates in corporate or national process improvement teams or councils, providing recommendations and modifications to operating policies and procedures, assist with training and implementation to attain greater profitability and efficiency in workTroubleshoot project/job issues or discrepancies, develop and implement corrective action plansTroubleshoots and directs team in resolving project order/installation issues and problems in a timely mannerOversees the teams coordination of job for successful and profitable job execution, ensuring timelines are met.Recommend and work with CCO Operations and General Managers to develop and provide key performance indicator reports on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis as determined by managementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with operations, internal departmental management and staff, national support teams and manufacturing leadershipEnsure install readiness, track material progress to perform project / job closeouts Qualifications Interest in Project Management in construction and/or in the home renovations/improvement industryWorking knowledge of an Order Management System and Salesforce CRM1+ years of experience in the construction industry with knowledge of the installation practices for customized cabinetry solutions a plus, but not requiredExcellent time and project management abilitiesThe ability to identify and resolve potential issues; diffusing difficult situationsTech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and apply various business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc) Additional Information Find us on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram #MA057 We are an equal opportunity employer.
