Project Services Coordinator
Your Impact
- Prepare general correspondence (letters, memoranda, meeting minutes, bid tabs, cost estimates, notes, agendas, etc.)
- Support engineering staff with contract document edits, project bidding process, grant applications
- Document completeness and accuracy, proof documents for content, correct grammar and punctuation
- Prepare and organize document reproduction under staff instruction, research and gather information as needed
- Make redlined changes to specifications, assist engineers in creating addendums
- Edit library, master Engineering Design Reports, and Final Report Templates
- Update in-house projects with FAA library changes, submit for advertisement, DBE Public Notice, Invitation for Bids, and legal notices or notices of contractors settlement
- Maintain records, electronic filing system, assist staff in other assigned duties and tasks
- Coordinate tasks and provide professional administrative support to project teams
Who You Are
- Interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Utilize independent judgment, initiate learning new skills and taking on new tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and/or Bluebeam; familiarity with email scheduling tools
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, prioritizing work, attention to detail, problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Creative mind with ability to suggest improvements and efficiencies
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of college preferred or relevant experience in the AEC industry
