Project Coordinator - Clickeze Division

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Clickeze Sales Team. Qualified candidates will use proficient project management skills to assist inside and outside sales representatives with all aspects of the sales process, including quote/bid revisions, order entry, and managing company products, terms, delivery dates, and other data to maximize sales results. This position is based at our World Headquarters in Muskego, WI.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to ensure orders are entered correctly.
• Manage all customer bids/quotes, orders, and customer service matters, including order status, partial shipments, change orders, shipment tracking, and material returns.
• Collaborate effectively with all internal customers.
• Actively participate in company training programs and apply these skills on the job.
• Perform related duties as assigned by management with minimal supervision.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Reduce controllable Returns and Allowances (-01 and -03).
• Reduce controllable change orders.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
