We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive." etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
We need to produce sections: maybe "About the role" (summary), "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Skills". Possibly "Requirements" could be combined with qualifications? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include only those with real content.
We have summary paragraph: could be "About the role". Then duties list: "Responsibilities". Then qualifications: maybe "Qualifications" includes education, experience, etc. Skills: maybe "Skills" includes language, mathematical, reasoning, other skills.
We also have "Complexity of work", "Relationship outside work group", "Supervisory responsibilities". Those could be part of responsibilities or maybe separate sections? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could incorporate those into Responsibilities or About the role. But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could embed them in Responsibilities as bullet points.
We also have "Physical Demands" which is substantive but maybe not a standard heading; we could include under "Requirements" or "Qualifications"? Might be better to include as a separate section? But headings list does not include Physical Demands. We could incorporate into Responsibilities or Qualifications? Probably better to include under "Requirements" as it's a job requirement. However the instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "Requirements" for things like education, experience, physical demands, etc. "Qualifications" maybe for preferred qualifications? But they often overlap. We need to decide.
We have Education Required, Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Experience Preferred Master's, 3-5 years experience, On-the-job Training 2 weeks. Those are qualifications/requirements.
Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Other Skills And Abilities are skills.
Physical Demands could be under Requirements.
Complexity of work, Relationship outside work group, Supervisory responsibilities could be under Responsibilities or About the role.
We'll produce sections:
