Project Consultant (Outside Sales)

As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners in the Des Moines market, providing professional property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from inspection through project completion. About the Role

This full-time W-2 position services the Des Moines market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Clive office (8450 Hickman Rd, Suite 26, Clive, IA 50325).

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
• Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends.

Pay

• Weekly base pay.
• Uncapped commission.
• First-year earnings potential: $50,000–$200,000+ (top performers regularly exceed this range).
