Project Consultant (Outside Sales)

Location: Lexington, KY (Greater Lexington area and surrounding Kentucky communities)

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) with local travel throughout the Lexington market

About the role

As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Lexington market, providing professional property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from inspection through project completion. This role offers uncapped earning potential, independence, and a direct link between your effort and income.

All training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Nicholasville office (3055 Lexington Road, Unit B, Nicholasville, KY 40356).

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training
• Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment as needed
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Pay

• Weekly base pay
• Uncapped commission
• First-year earnings potential: $50,000–$200,000+ (top performers regularly exceed this range)
