Important: This position services the Nebraska market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, team meetings, training, and other business-related activities will take place at designated locations communicated by your manager based on current business needs. Job SnapshotEmployment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Training: Paid Training Provided Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments Travel: Local travel throughout the Nebraska market Experience: Outside sales or commission-based sales experience preferred What You’ll Do As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, provide restoration solutions, and guide customers through the project from inspection to completion. ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.Manage customer relationships throughout the project.Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for individuals who are:Self-motivatedCompetitiveCoachableProfessionalComfortable working independentlyExcellent communicatorsGoal-orientedCustomer-focusedOutside sales or commission-based sales experience is preferred; however, highly motivated individuals with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
