Important: This position services customers throughout Kansas. While you'll travel locally within your assigned territory, team meetings, training, and other business-related activities will take place at locations designated by your manager based on current business needs. No roofing experience required. What You’ll Do As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, provide restoration solutions, and guide customers through the project from inspection to completion. ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.Manage customer relationships throughout the project.Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for individuals who are:Self-motivatedCompetitiveCoachableProfessionalComfortable working independentlyExcellent communicatorsGoal-orientedCustomer-focusedPrevious outside sales, in-home sales, business development, or commission-based sales experience is strongly preferred.
