Important: This position services the Knoxville market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Lenoir City office. Job SnapshotEmployment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Training: Paid Training Provided Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments Travel: Local travel throughout the Knoxville market Experience: No roofing experience required What You'll Do As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, provide restoration solutions, and guide customers through the project from inspection to completion. ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.Manage customer relationships throughout the project.Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for individuals who are:Self-motivatedCompetitiveCoachableProfessionalComfortable working independentlyExcellent communicatorsGoal-orientedCustomer-focusedSales experience is helpful but not required.
