Project Consultant (Outside Sales)

As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Atlanta market, providing professional property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from the initial inspection through project completion. Office Location: Office 116 – Atlanta Market
Report To Office: 1448 Woodmont Lane NW, Unit B Atlanta, GA 30318
Hiring throughout: Greater Atlanta area and surrounding communities. This position services the Atlanta market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Atlanta office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
• Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment as needed
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Pay

• Full-Time (W-2) position
• Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission
• First-Year Earnings: $50,000-$150,000+ (top performers regularly exceed this range)
