Project and Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in planning and executing design and construction projects of varying size and complexity
  • Cover activities between internal teams and external partners, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
  • Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment
  • Aid in managing project documentation, schedules, and coordination efforts to support successful delivery
  • Participate in both office-based and on-site project activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in document control and project controls, preferably within a design or engineering firm environment
  • Additional Qualifications: Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced technology projects preferred; Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (2013 or later) and PDF software required; Proficiency with traditional project controls systems, databases, and methodologies required; Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams; Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
