About the role
Waterside is a vibrant destination for performance, culture and events in the heart of Trafford. As Programme & Audience Insights Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of an ambitious programme spanning theatre, comedy, music, visual arts, festivals and community participation within a creative, collaborative team. Working alongside colleagues, artists, partners and communities, you will help coordinate artistic activity, provide vital programme and financial support, and use audience insight and data to inform decision-making. Your work will help ensure Waterside remains a vibrant, inclusive and welcoming place where audiences, artists and communities can create, discover and grow together.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate artistic activity and provide programme support.
- Provide financial support and assist with planning and reporting.
- Use audience insight and data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues, artists, partners, and communities.
- Work evenings and weekends as required, with time off in lieu.
- Travel to sites within the Trafford Borough and region as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative, business support, financial, or programme coordination role, ideally within an arts, cultural, or events environment.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage a varied workload.
- Comfortable using digital systems and data to support planning and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Interest in arts and culture, audience engagement, and community impact (an advantage).
