Audience Insights Manager
About the role
thenwith that paragraph(s). Probably combine the first paragraph(s) about mission, team purpose, role description. - Responsibilities: the list under "You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…" (list of bullet points). Use
- .
- Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: we have "We Are Excited About You Because You…" (list of traits) and "... And Have The Following Experiences" (list of experiences). Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications. But we need to decide sections: maybe Requirements (experience) and Qualifications (skills). However we must not create thin sections. Could combine into one
Requirements
with both lists? But we need to follow instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can include multiple of those if content exists. We have content for Requirements (experience), Qualifications (traits), Skills (maybe overlapping). Could separate: Requirements = experiences (4+ years, etc). Qualifications = personal traits (curious, communication, etc). Skills = maybe technical skills (Qualtrics, AI tools). But we have those in experiences list as well. Might be okay to have Requirements and Qualifications sections. Benefits: we have benefits description in "Why You’ll Love Working at DoorDash" includes compensation and benefits. Also separate Compensation section with pay range. Benefits: we have description of benefits package (401k, parental leave, wellness, etc). So we can have Benefits section. Pay: we have compensation range. Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info. So we should not include Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, diversity statement, etc. Also remove application instructions, cookie/navigation, legal, etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact bullet points? We can keep them as list items preserving content. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. Now craft HTML. Benefits
We offer great compensation packages and comprehensive health benefitsYou will be proud to say that you work for DoorDash and will know that the work you do brings joy to our clients every day DoorDash cares about you and your overall well-being. That’s why we offer a comprehensive benefits package to all regular employees, which includes a 401(k) plan with employer matching, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, wellness benefits, commuter benefits match, paid time off and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws (e.g. Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act). See Below For Paid Time Off Details For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year. For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
But note we need to avoid duplication: The "Why You’ll Love Working at DoorDash" includes some fluff about compensation and benefits. We already captured benefits. The compensation line about "great compensation packages" is vague; we have specific pay range later. We should keep the substantive benefits details. Pay:Pay
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado. $142,800—$210,000 USD
We might also mention that base salary is localized according to work location, equity grants etc. The compensation paragraph includes: "The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants." We should include that as part of Pay section. Thus Pay section:Pay
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado. $142,800—$210,000 USD
Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like diversity statement, EEO, etc. We removed those. Check for any leftover fluff: The "Why You’ll Love Working at DoorDash" also includes statements about leadership, strategic, learning, customer obsessed, all DoorDash. That's somewhat boilerplate but could be considered culture. However the instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Those culture statements might be considered boilerplate but they are part of the posting's "Why You’ll Love Working at DoorDash". However they are somewhat generic but still substantive? They are not specific to role. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit them because they are not specific details like benefits or pay. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could omit that section. Thus we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Check if any content missing: The "You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…" we used as Responsibilities. Good. The "We Are Excited About You Because You…" we used as Qualifications. The "... And Have The Following Experiences" we used as Requirements. Now ensure we didn't repeat any content inadvertently. Now output only HTML fragment. Let
