Program Technician - Permanent Intermittent - Northwest Los Angeles County

About the role

Under the general supervision of the Lottery Manager (Sales), the Program Technician performs a variety of duties related to providing specialized technical services to Lottery winners, players, retailers, and internal staff members. This is a permanent intermittent position, not a full-time position.

Chatsworth, CA 91311

Employees must be able to report to their assigned headquarters office. A current Program Technician exam is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized technical services to Lottery winners, players, retailers, and internal staff members.

Desirable Qualifications

• Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of customer service principles, including the ability to handle challenging customers and retailers while providing service in a professional manner
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Clerical work experience that includes knowledge of basic research, data gathering, and record-keeping techniques
• Detail-oriented in work deliverables
