Position Summary
As a Program Support Worker at GCBHS, you will perform a variety of essential tasks, including data entry, data maintenance, phone coverage, receptionist duties, and clerical functions at specific GCB sites. Your role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.
Minimum Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prioritize experience dealing with the public or some courses in a social sciences field
- Working knowledge of Windows 95 or higher required
- Previous experience with Word, Excel, and MS Outlook preferred
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to handle incoming calls on a multiple-line phone system
