Program Supervisor, Residential Rehabilitation

Shift

This is an opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. Shift: (Tues-Sat 10am-6pm)

Responsibilities

• Manage program areas, including the delivery of services and supervision of staff.
• Maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement and maintain systems for continuous quality improvement.
• Assess, coordinate, and implement direct support service needs of clients.
• Participate in the hiring, training, and the ongoing supervision and evaluation of staff.
• Monitor program budget.
• Ensure compliance with applicable licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, support systems, and partner service providers.

Pay

This position has a flat pay rate of $53,560.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Two years of positively referenced experience, supervisory experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
• Requires on-call flexibility.
