Description

Thompson was founded in 1886 as an orphanage and has since expanded to operate across the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Thompson's continuum of care includes prevention, mental health services, and foster care, all of which are trauma-informed and evidence-based/evidence-informed.

About the role

As Program Supervisor for our youth residential programs, you will be responsible for daily operations, oversight, and performance of the youth residential programs you lead. Your typical day will involve prioritizing tasks for the youth care specialists under your supervision, communicating proactively to remove obstacles, and serving as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure 100% compliance for the programs you lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in health & human services field, preferably
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Leadership/management experience through short-term project management, coordination, training, or actual leadership positions, minimum 3 years’ experience working with residential youth programs or related field
  • Valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the programs you lead

Qualifications

Schedule

This role is in-office. Evenings/weekends as required, and an on-call responsibility.
