We're looking for a compassionate and organized leader to support and develop a team of direct care staff while ensuring high-quality, 24/7 services for youth and families. In this role, you will provide coaching, supervision, crisis support, and operational oversight, helping staff succeed and foster a positive, equity-centered team culture. As the Crisis Program Supervisor, you'll oversee scheduling, documentation, compliance, and program performance to ensure safety and effective youth-focused services. Responsibilities Provide individual and group supervision, coaching, training, and support to direct care staffLead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development effortsFoster a positive team culture grounded in anti-racism, anti-oppression, and equitable outcomes for youth, families, and staffDevelop and manage staff schedules to ensure safe and effective 24/7 program operationsMaintain awareness of all youth in care and ensure appropriate safety planning and crisis responseRespond to crises and provide consultation, guidance, and support to staff as neededReview, approve, and provide feedback on documentation to ensure compliance, quality standards, and accurate billingMonitor program performance, contract requirements, and required data tracking and reportingParticipate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support program operation Qualifications REQUIRED: Education/Experience Requirements:Master’s degree in Social Work/Counseling/Psychology/Marriage & Family Therapy ORBachelor’s degree + 3 years of experienceApplicable experience can include paid or unpaid experience working with youth or families, working in a mental health setting or providing crisis support to youthBe part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of time At least 21 years of ageValid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Senecas’ insurance policyTB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements Preferred Ability to work as part of and facilitate the development of a multi-disciplinary teamStrong critical-thinking, organizational, and presentation skillsSupervisory experience SCHEDULE Full-time; four 10-hour shifts per weekOption 1: Monday - Thursday, 4pm - 2amOption 2 : Wednesday - Saturday, 8am - 6pmExact schedule can be determined with the program DirectorRotating on-call shift scheduled ahead of time Benefits Starting at $83,319 - $97,319 per yearActual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualificationsSalary increase every year $2,000 sign-on bonus for new Seneca employeesAdditional compensation upon passing the bilingual language proficiency examMileage reimbursementStipends provided to staff members participating in the emergency on-call shifts Comprehensive employee benefits package:Medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, acupuncture, fertility coverageLong-term disability, family leave, and life insurance50% paid premiums for dependents403b Retirement PlanEmployer-paid Employee Assistance Plan 5 weeks of Paid Time Off and holiday pay for required holiday shiftsSeneca is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness certified employerSpecialized training and development opportunities through Seneca's Training departmentPromotional opportunities across California and Washington Relocation assistance may be available
