RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

RISE Housing and Support Services is seeking a leader with experience in the human services field to support the management of one of our community residences in Ballston Spa. The ideal candidate will collaborate with diverse personalities, supervise a team of 5, and help residents overcome challenges related to mental health diagnoses while maintaining a healthy, safe, and therapeutic environment.

About the role

• Oversee the creation and implementation of service planning for house residents with the Program Director
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations governing the program
• Assist in the maintenance of day-to-day program operations
• Support program staff with daily duties and crisis intervention
• Model positive and appropriate behaviors and promote professional development for staff

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in a human services-related field
• 1+ years of experience in a human services field supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Willingness to adapt and meet program goals
• Ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow training
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Alignment with RISE’s values of compassion, respect, dedication, inclusion, and empathy
• Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license, and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy

Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.
