Program Coordinator- Residential Rehabilitation

About the role

This position directs the Residential Rehabilitation Program in multiple locations, ensuring that they are guided by the organization's mission, values, ethics, and organizational culture. Responsibilities include supervising the Residential Program County Managers, monitoring and evaluating program performance, and participating on CCI’s Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals, perform initial assessments, and initiate intakes into RRP
• Submit authorizations for client services
• Conduct periodic quality assurance reviews of written documentation
• Create monthly productivity reports
• Manage operation of RRP within financial guidelines
• Attend monthly Residential Service Committee Meetings
• Travel required to multiple program locations: Cambridge, Centreville, and Chestertown

Requirements

• BA/BS in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
• At least three years of positively referenced experience in Human Services
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required
• Must be or agree to become a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner through the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA) within 6 months

Pay

$47,000–$58,000

Full-time exempt position with a flexible schedule based on program and client needs.
