The Program Coordinator - Residential Care is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential care facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing exceptional care to residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential care facility

• Collaborate with staff to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or residential setting
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
