About the role

Coordinate, manage, and monitor all facets of the home, including scheduling staff, overseeing home maintenance, and providing leadership and direction to all employees. The Residential Program operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and this position requires on-call availability.

Schedule

Full-time, 40-hour week with a flexible schedule that may include any hours of the day.

Requirements

• 5 years of direct care experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Standard driver’s license with an excellent driving record
• Must pass a drug screening, background check, and DOT Physical
