Residential Rehabilitation Services Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Full time Residential Rehab Services Supervisor to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the residential rehab program.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of supervision for direct reports
• Develop and maintain staffing schedules that meets all client care, habilitation, and safety needs
• Maintain availability for on-call coverage for concerns after hours concerns/incidents
• Build and maintain teamwork among staff
• Ensure that staff are fully trained prior to working and throughout the course of employment
• Maintain a personal presence and participation level at the site to properly observe and address client concerns/issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience and education
• A minimum of three years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or traumatic brain injury
• Successful work experience in a licensed hospital, rehab center, or skilled nursing facility
• Five years of successful experience managing/supervising staff
• A demonstrated ability to successfully lead, inspire, mentor, manage, and develop unlicensed staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
• The ability to build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with staff and clients
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-service focus in professional interactions
• Able to maintain and properly safeguard confidential data and information
• Able to work effectively in a busy environment with multiple distractions
• A valid driver's license and the ability to transport clients and travel throughout the community for planned and unplanned events
