About the role
The Program Owner Property Management - Exterior Services plays a critical role in maintaining Target's exterior spaces, including landscaping, lot sweeping, snow removal, irrigation, and other services. This role involves both financial and operational responsibilities, requiring strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the Exterior Services team for Target stores and supply chain locations
- Manage field team resources and exterior service vendors
- Collaborate and communicate with the Exterior Services team, Stores organization, Property Management Field Teams, and vendor partners
- Cultivate cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners
- Identify opportunities, gather feedback, and ensure alignment of brand expectations and partnerships between third-party vendors and field partners
Requirements
- A four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in third-party vendor management, retail, or property management
- Ability to manage projects, set timelines, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate and clarify expectations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and reasoning abilities
- Proficiency in using data for trend detection, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
- Effective verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Ability to influence others, maximize relationships, and lead through change
Qualifications

Pay
The pay range for this role is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00, based on various factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
Schedule
This position operates as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement, requiring the team member to perform core role responsibilities both onsite at the Target HQ MN location and virtually, depending on role, team, and task requirements.
