Property Manager (On-Site)

About the role

The Property Portfolio Manager (Property Manager) manages Fifth Third Bank's downtown Cincinnati Fountain Square headquarters building. This high-visibility role supports business requirements and corporate goals through financial and operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develops, leads, and administers plans for the property portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies.
• Collaborates with, contributes to, and supports strategies and initiatives led by others.
• Supports and engages in special initiatives.
• Manages lease agreements, internal and external.
• Manages service delivery providers to achieve operational excellence.
• Manages disaster preparedness, triage, and recovery efforts.
• Provides superior service with utmost professionalism.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Manages a direct report, providing timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback.
• Develops employees to their fullest potential and provides challenging opportunities for career growth.
• Develops the appropriate talent pool for adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizes and rewards employees for accomplishments.

Qualifications

• Seven years of property management experience, including successful management of vendors.
• Basic understanding of lease/real estate terms and building operations.
• Extensive experience in creating and managing operating and capital budgets.
• Acute business acumen.
• Experience in leading initiatives/teams and delivering strong results.
• Ability to collaborate and work as a team across multiple internal and external functions.
• Strong project management skills, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong positive relationships.
• Excellent analytical, negotiating, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to use all Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Database.
