ON-SITE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/MAINTENANCE

Job Description

Seeking a dependable, professional, and hands-on Independent Contractor or two-person Contracted Team to assist with on-site apartment property management/maintenance in Sealy, Texas.

• Organized, trustworthy, responsive, and comfortable working with residents, vendors, and property ownership.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are strongly preferred.
• Respectful, detail-oriented, able to maintain accurate records, and committed to keeping the property clean, safe, and well-managed.

Compensation

Up to $3000/mo. depending on experience, availability, duties assigned, and final agreement.

Requirements
