Program Manager - Strategic Customer Delivery

About the role

You will own the integrated delivery planning and execution for strategic customer programs in cloud infrastructure. This role coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of mission-critical workloads, managing dependencies, risks, and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery visibility and connect functional milestones
• Track schedule performance and identify risks
• Develop and execute risk-mitigation plans
• Provide leadership updates on program status
• Drive accountability across technical and operational teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, cloud infrastructure, or related fields
• Strong skills in delivery planning, risk management, and executive communication
• Ability to operate independently and ensure clarity in cross-team coordination

Qualifications

• Experience with data center and network engineering
• Background in large-scale cloud projects
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
