Principal Program Manager - Strategic Customer Delivery

About the Role

The Program Manager — Strategic Customer Delivery owns the end-to-end delivery process for strategic customers, ensuring successful implementation of cloud infrastructure and services. They maintain comprehensive delivery plans, connecting milestones across capacity, hardware, networking, and operations teams, while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. The role involves orchestrating cross-functional efforts, tracking schedules, identifying critical risks, developing mitigation strategies, and providing leadership visibility into delivery health. They coordinate handovers, ensure accountability, and facilitate decision-making to meet customer commitments.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Program Management, Cloud Infrastructure Delivery, or related fields.
• Experience managing complex, cross-team delivery programs, especially involving cloud infrastructure, data centers, and networking.
• Strong understanding of technical dependencies, risk management, and operational execution.
• Proven ability to develop actionable delivery plans from high-level objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills for status updates, risk summaries, and executive reporting.
• Ability to operate independently and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Experience

• Data center, network engineering, or large-scale cloud infrastructure delivery.
• Supporting mission-critical workloads, AI infrastructure, or GPU capacity programs.
• Utilizing tools like Jira, Confluence for program tracking and reporting.
