Principal Program Manager - Strategic Customer Delivery
About the role
The PM — Strategic Customer Delivery owns the integrated delivery process for strategic customers, ensuring successful planning, execution, and handover of cloud infrastructure projects. They maintain comprehensive delivery visibility, coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to meet customer commitments. The role focuses on connecting functional milestones across capacity, hardware, networking, and operations, while ensuring clear ownership, escalation paths, and decision-making processes. They provide leadership updates on delivery health, risks, and dependencies, facilitating seamless communication between technical teams and stakeholders. They do not replace technical teams but orchestrate delivery activities to ensure clarity, accountability, and timely execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Program Management, Cloud Infrastructure Delivery, or related fields.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional delivery programs.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data center, networking, and operational dependencies.
- Proven ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans.
- Excellent program management skills: milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalation.
- Ability to synthesize technical information into clear delivery views.
- Strong communication skills for executive updates and stakeholder management.
- Preferred: experience with data center, network engineering, AI workloads, or large-scale cloud projects.
