Program Manager Outpatient PT

About the Role

As a Program Manager Outpatient, you will have the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while developing your leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing outpatient programs, ensuring high-quality care, and fostering positive relationships with customers, residents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience through administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
• Manage daily operations of outpatient programs, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the recruitment and training of new staff members.
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, residents, and staff.
• Experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings.
