About the Role
The Program Manager will work in outpatient settings including assisted living, independent living, and outpatient clinics. This role offers a unique blend of making a meaningful impact in patients' lives and gaining valuable leadership experience through administrative tasks like scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients while gaining leadership experience
- Schedule appointments and manage daily operations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Act as a liaison between the team and the Area Manager
- Develop and implement programs to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
- Meet Clinical Competency requirements
- Current CPR certification (preferred)

Pay

Schedule
Monday to Friday, no weekends, no evenings.
