Job Summary

This role provides outpatient care in an assisted living, independent living, and outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, relationship-driven, and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience through administrative tasks like scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and take advantage of paid time off and CEU days.
• Support licensure and professional membership reimbursement.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain a therapist/assistant license in the state of practice.
• Meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification (preferred).
