Outpatient PTA Rehab Program Manager

Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join our supportive team in Rochester, MN.

As a lead in the building, you will treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy assistant services in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling
• Act as a liaison between the team and the Area Manager

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Minnesota
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
• Ambitious and eager to develop leadership skills

Qualifications

• New graduates are welcomed
• Ability to work with higher-functioning residents in a lovely community setting

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• No evenings
• Full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN opportunities available

Pay

$26 to $35 per hour
