Outpatient PTA - Rehab Program Manager

Job Summary

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Program Manager to join their supportive team. This role offers the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills.

About the Role

The Program Manager Outpatient role involves working with higher functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, outpatient, and lovely community settings. The position offers full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience through administrative tasks like scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, residents, and staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care
• Maintain flexibility and a healthy work-life balance

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification (preferred)

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings
