Job Summary
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Program Manager to join their supportive team. This role offers the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills.
About the Role
The Program Manager Outpatient will be responsible for managing outpatient programs, working closely with higher functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. The role involves developing relationships, improving patient care, and managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients while gaining leadership experience through administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and work-life balance.
- Manage outpatient programs and improve patient care outcomes.
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
- Meet Clinical Competency requirements.
- Current CPR certification (preferred).
Qualifications
- Customer-focused and great at developing relationships.
- Brimming with ambition and ready to take on new challenges.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Pay
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings.
