Job Summary

About the Role

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in improving the lives of seniors while gaining valuable leadership experience. This position offers a unique blend of clinical responsibilities and administrative tasks, including scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience
• Schedule appointments and manage daily operations
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and customers
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
