Outpatient PT - Rehab Program Manager

Job Summary

About the Role

As a Program Manager Outpatient, you will have the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while developing your leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing outpatient programs, working closely with residents, and ensuring the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience through administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance the quality of care provided to residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
• Manage daily operations of outpatient programs, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to therapy staff.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings.
