Job Summary

About the Role

The Program Manager Outpatient will work in outpatient settings within the Aegis Therapies network, focusing on higher functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient facilities. The role includes customer-focused interactions, relationship development, and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience through administrative tasks like scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance the quality of life for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
• Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain a therapist/assistant license in the state of practice.
• Meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification (preferred).
