Outpatient PT Rehab Program Manager

About the Role

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join our team at the Shorewood Senior Campus in Rochester, MN. This full-time opportunity offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings, allowing for a great work-life balance. As the "go-to person" for customers, residents, and staff, you'll improve seniors' lives while developing your leadership skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in an outpatient, assisted living, and independent living setting
• Gain leadership experience through administrative tasks such as scheduling
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• New graduates are welcomed
