Responsibilities

• Oversee facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Orient new tenants and coordinate room assignments
• Monitor community rules and encourage respectful living
• Support residents through regular meetings and guidance
• Supervise inspections, maintenance needs, and staff coordination
• Be a reliable, supportive presence in emergency and day-to-day situations

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED (human services experience is a plus!)
• 6+ months of case aide/program assistant experience preferred — or 2 years in human services
• Great communication skills and a calm, respectful presence
• Ability to organize, multitask, and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills
