About the role
The Housing Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Housing Choice Voucher program operated by HASCO. Key responsibilities include:
- Administering and overseeing the Housing Choice Voucher program
- Conducting staff meetings
- Providing technical assistance and compliance advice to staff
- Conducting quality control reviews for accuracy and adherence to policy, procedures and regulations
- Reviewing utilization reports to confirm staff are meeting goals
- Reviewing higher level housing violations and termination patterns
- Representing HASCO at hearings
- Assisting in the analysis, development, and implementation of policies and procedures
- Supervising, instructing, and guiding Housing Specialists
- Communicating effectively with landlords, tenants, and peers from partner agencies
- Identifying program integrity issues

Requirements
Required:
- A minimum of six years of experience in housing management, inspections or property management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- An Associate's degree.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- A Bachelor's degree.

Pay
Salary range: $39.18 hourly to start, with a full range of $81,500 - $123,276 annually.
