What You'll Do
- Acting as a liaison to community agencies such as Local Housing Authorities, providers, and other community representatives to enhance communication and coordination
- Ensuring quality of programs in accordance with policies and procedures
- Maintaining program handbooks and other program materials
- Monitoring and approving the work of assigned Housing Program staff
- Participating in contracting processes, grant applications and budget development processes as appropriate
- Planning and developing procedures to optimize program operations; implement initiatives to provide vibrant community programs
- Representing the agency as directed; participating in public outreach/education activities
- Submitting all reports as required
What You'll Bring

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and related software
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in program administration/development
- Ability to plan and organize work independently
- Ability to develop and promote collaboration
- Working knowledge of community programs, providers, resources, and community health care programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Social Work, or related human services field; master's degree preferred
- Current Social Work License preferred
- Minimum five years' experience in human services
