Position Summary
The Program Manager oversees the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) PBV case management program and the operations of several sites in Los Angeles County. Responsibilities include managing the contract with HSH, providing supervision to case management staff, and facilitating professional development.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related clinical field; LCSW licensure preferred
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- At least 4 years of experience providing direct mental health and/or intensive case management services to vulnerable populations
- Experience working with individuals with chronic medical and/or behavioral health conditions and individuals who have experienced homelessness is a plus
- Experience developing and monitoring program budgets is desirable

Physical Requirements
- Physical mobility for tasks such as standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, twisting, and walking on uneven surfaces
- Capable of performing stationary tasks like sitting for up to 6 to 8 hours a day
- Able to lift, carry, push, pull light to moderate weights up to 15 pounds safely
Salary and Benefits
Salary range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000 per year. This position is being offered at $85,000 to $90,000.
