Program Manager, Business Transformation, WSS, 80/20
Job Summary
The 80/20 Program Manager, Business Transformation supports business transformation initiatives by helping plan, coordinate, and execute projects that improve focus, simplify processes, and drive results across WSS. This role combines project management, business analysis, and financial acumen to support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with 80/20 principles.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of project plans, milestones, and implementation timelines for 80/20 initiatives.
- Track progress, maintain action logs, and help ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Identify and monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns as appropriate.
- Cook up cross-functional teams and support execution across multiple initiatives.
- Drive meeting cadence, decision tracking, and accountability for assigned projects.
- Support business case development and track initiative costs, benefits, and value realization.
- Analyze business performance metrics and summarize insights to support decision-making.
- Afford dashboards, reporting, and follow-up analysis to monitor project outcomes.
- Evaluate priorities, trade-offs, and opportunities through an 80/20 lens.
- Partner with stakeholders across functions to gather inputs, align priorities, and support execution.
- Prepare project updates, presentations, status reports, and leadership communications.
- Build strong working relationships and maintain effective follow-through on commitments.
- Communicate project progress, actions, and next steps clearly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, operations, or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Financial acumen, including comfort working with budgets, cost tracking, and business case analysis.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
- Spanish language proficiency an asset.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
