Program Management Lead, Capital Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule meetings while maintaining master budgets and timelines for project objectives
• Prepare and coordinate project reports across all phases of development
• Implement new project management technology systems and champion change management
• Auxiliary with the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams
• Review financial documentation and advise service line leaders as necessary
• Market and present services to clients and ensure proper client communication
• Establish goals and objectives with timetables for teams supervised

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related area required
• Minimum of 7 years in engineering/construction project accountability role
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and Smartsheet
• Experience with technology systems integration is a plus
• Autodesk experience is an additional asset

Pay

$205,700 – $242,000 annually
